In my daily job, I have to logon in many different Microsoft Portals, from Azure to Office 365 to Defender ATP.
So I thought it is time to make a list of all Microsoft portals that I know. I will update this list every time, when I find a new portal, then I will add this one to the list.

And you, as visitor, can help me to complete this list. Leave it in the comments and I will add it as soon as possible.

  • Azure Portal
    The Azure portal is used to administer your Azure services and subscriptions. You can also administer many other services, like AzureAD related services and Intune services.
  • Azure Preview Portal
    This is also an Azure portal, but then with all the new preview options, like new icons, etc.
  • Azure Portal Non-Profit Organizations
    This is the non-profit Azure portal for non-profit organizations.
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    In this portal, you can manage your business. You can add, remove users, groups, licences, devices, etc.
  • Microsoft 365 Security
    This portal include dashboards to help and monitor your security across your organization.
  • Microsoft 365 Compliance
    This portal provides you your overall compliance posture and give you recommended actions to meet compliance obligations.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Management
    In this portal you can manage and complete tasks for your devices, like workstations, tablets, mobile phones and applications. Formerly known as Microsoft Intune
  • Azure Active Directory Admin Center
    This portal is a cloud-based identity and access management service for internal resources and external resources.
  • Exchange Admin Center
    In this portal you can manage your Exchange Online environment to manage mail settings in your organization.
  • SharePoint Admin Center
    The SharePoint Admin Center is accessible via https://yourtenantname-admin.sharepoint.com. In this portal you can create and edit custom user properties, add and remove admins on OneDrive accounts and manage SharePoint sites.
  • OneDrive for Business Admin Center
    In this portal you can change settings, like maximum user storage, control which pc’s are blocked, block file types, see reports about storage and compliance.
  • Office 365 Security & Compliance
    In this portal is designed for you to manage compliance features across Office 365 tenant.
  • Microsoft Teams Admin Center
    In this portal you can administer Teams with policies, org-wide settings, create, modify and delete Teams. You can also change the external communications and conferencing options.
  • Microsoft Defender Security Center
    Use this portal to monitor your enterprise network and assist in responding to alerts of potential advanced persistent threat (APT) activity or data breaches.
  • Azure Advanced Threat Protection
    This portal is used to manage and monitor your on-prem Active Directory for suspicious behavior. You can access this portal to go to https://yourtenantname.atp.azure.com/
  • Cloud App Security Portal
    This portal will give you visibility into files from your connected apps. It also provide you analytics to identify potential cyberthreats in your cloud services.
  • PowerBI Admin Portal
    In this portal you can manage a Power BI tenant for your organization. The portal includes items such as usage metrics, access to the Microsoft 365 admin center, and settings.
  • Microsoft Enterprise Azure Portal
    This portal is an online management portal that helps you manage costs for your Azure EA services. In this portal you can create an Azure EA hierarchy including departments, accounts, and subscriptions. You also use it to reconcile the costs of your consumed services, download usage reports, and view price lists.
  • Azure DevOps Portal
    Plan smarter, collaborate better, and ship faster with Azure DevOps Services. Get agile tools, CI/CD, and more.
  • Azure DevOps Labs
    Via this website with many labs, you can get started with Azure DevOps services to automate software delivery.
  • PowerApps Admin Portal
    In this portal you can create and manage environments for your organization, databases and data policies.
